Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyTrendView ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MyTrendView is a social intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available data from social media platforms to provide trend analysis, content recommendations, hooks, scripts, and competitor insights. The Service uses AI and licensed third-party data providers to process data.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use MyTrendView.

MyTrendView offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU customers.

- Free plan: Limited features, no credit card required
- Paid plans: 14-day free trial, cancel anytime
- Refunds: Pro-rated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 14 days
- Payment methods: Credit/debit card, SEPA Direct Debit (EU)

You agree not to:
- Use MyTrendView for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights
- Scrape or extract data from MyTrendView for competing services
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond provided APIs
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security

All content, features, and functionality of MyTrendView (including design, code, and branding) are owned by MyTrendView GmbH. Content you generate using MyTrendView (hooks, scripts, captions) is yours to use freely. You grant us a limited license to process your input data solely to provide the Service.

Content generated by MyTrendView using AI is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. MyTrendView does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.

MyTrendView integrates with third-party services (social media platforms, AI providers, data infrastructure providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. MyTrendView is not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

MyTrendView is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTrendView GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for reactivation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
